- They appreciate or use Arcane Indexes and Codexes. Takeshi is owner of a budding business empire, and books - both fiction, but especially tomes used by Arcanists. If your character is a Summoner/Scholar, he may very well have used an Ishinomori Tome.
- Your character has deep knowledge of or has trained in the Sect of Shadow of Monks, before the fall of H'raha Tia. Takeshi was one of the few students that managed to leave and live to tell the tale.
- Your character is a Menphina devotee. Takeshi is not the biggest chruch-goer, and has unorthodox views on the Goddess, but he dedicates his life to her. Your character may have heard of the Prizefighter that used to fight under the name "Menphina's Fist", or the eccentric man that claims he will make every lady feel as special as they deserve before he dies. Or, naturally, you've heard of him and the Temple he works at.
